On my Birthday!
Mom, today marks the day when you brought me to mother earth about 20-something years ago. Apart from you, there are two other people I need to remember this day. The first one I don’t expect to remember because I did not remember his/hers in the first year we met. I lost about 80 marks for that. Now the second one, I don’t expect to remember this date either because even when we were together for three years, s/he never remembered, save that we are now geographically distant from each other, and s/he is socially attached. So I ‘happied’ myself. I made this breakfast for myself at 5am… instant cocoa stirred with instant coffee mix plus bread and pear! This is my treat.. for myself. I share the savour with those who sent me messages (3 on my FB wall, 1 SMS, 1 unknowing face-to-face treat, and 1 advanced birthday wish [yesterday]). Try this recipe at home!
